Adding juice to your diet is a way of boosting nutrition and getting back to healthy basics. Cleansing is about taking the clean eating approach a step further, giving your system a break and helping reduce your dependence on unhealthy, processed foods.
At PURE, we provide customizable cleanse programs tailored to your nutritional history and taste buds. Choose Cleanse: STANDARD, ADVANCED or CUSTOM based on your goals and current diet. We believe that doing something good for the body, mind, and soul shouldn’t interrupt your everyday life.
Our cleanse packages consist of six, 16-ounce drinks per day. Each nutrient-dense pressed juice is made and bottled immediately, and shipped to your door or ready for pick up.
Most of our customers find it works best to drink their juices two hours apart, but listen to your body – it will tell you what it needs. Each juice is created to replace solid food and snacks, and you should avoid alcohol, energy drinks, caffeine and nicotine while cleansing. Along with six variations of premium juice, If you follow our lead, stay hydrated, and give yourself time to rest and relax, our cleanse will give your digestive system a much deserved break while simultaneously feeding your body the nutrients it needs.

Congratulations! You’ve officially started your cleanse, and you’re ready to start reaping the benefits of juicing. Here’s some things to keep in mind to help your system be in its best possible shape to keep everything flowing:
Keep drinking at least eight glasses of water per day!
Make sure you get ample rest.
We suggest easing up on your usual work-out routine, but recommend taking one or two light walks per day to accelerate your lymphatic and circulatory systems.
Try an infrared sauna, which will not only help you sweat, but it will relax you, too!
Consider a massage or reflexology treatment.
Try a skin brush before you shower to open your pores and shed dead skin cells.
Treat yourself to warm baths and/or showers.
Take a daily probiotic to help your intestines repopulate the good flora you need, and to help you get balanced.
FOLLOWING THE CLEANSE
It is important not to jump back into old habits once the juice cleanse is done.
Following your juice cleanse, your digestive system is very delicate. For two or three days following the cleanse it's best to consume things like soups, smoothies, steamed vegetables and gluten-free grains.
Start with meals and introduce foods slowly.
